HOPE took in 200 pets
in 2008: 105 dogs and 95 cats. There were 113 total adoptions:
87 dogs and 26 cats. In addition, 83 free-roaming cats were
neutered/spayed and released.

There are approximately 88,827+ unaltered dogs and cats
in the Lafourche and Terrebonne Parish areas alone!
